Chirashi Sushi by Miguel Bértolo
Miguel Bértolo, runner-up in the World Sushi Cup Japan, in 2018 opened the second Chirashi restaurant, located in Alvalade, pioneer in the concept of loose sushi, focusing on service standardization and turned to the daily urban routine. With the work of the Velosign team it was possible to redesign the communication, making it more effective with its target audience, thus allowing a greater reach and projection of the concept, boosting the growth prospects of the Chirashi brand.
